I’ve been in worship ministry for over 20 years, serving as the Music Director and Producer at Church on the Move for the last 12. In just my time at COTM, I’ve been part of 3,000+ worship services and countless hours of rehearsals. I’ve seen it all—good, bad, boring, exciting, and even frustrating moments.

After every service or rehearsal, I’ve always asked myself one question: “How could I have served my team, my pastors, and my church better as an MD?” It’s a question I still ask, because there’s always room to improve—God deserves our best!

I don’t claim to have all the answers, but one of my biggest passions is helping other MDs grow and make a bigger impact for the Kingdom.
